Admission to Postgraduate & Doctoral Studies

1. application at the  Ukrainian State Admission System for International Students
2. In the Admission System you need to download international passport and document on complete previous education (translated into Ukrainian and notarized)
3. an original and a copy of a legalized document on previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level on the basis of which admission is made translated into Ukrainian and notarised (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post) 2 pieces.
4. an original and a copy of an appendix to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level on the basis of which the admission is carried out legalized, translated into Ukrainian and notarised 2 pieces (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post)
5. a copy of an international passport translated into Ukrainian and notarised (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post) 4 pieces
6. health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine (in person if you come to Ukraine)
7. research proposal of the applicant with a visa of the head of the department and a written opinion of the supervisor;
8. a list of published scientific papers and inventions certified by the head of the department at the place of training (as well as photocopies of 2-3 publications) with the review of the supervisor. The list should include publications in professional journals and publications registered in scientometric databases;
9. 1 photo 35 x 45 mm in size (color, matte) (in person if you come to Ukraine)

The documents referred to in subparagraphs 3, 4 must be certified in the country of issue in the manner officially used in that country for such certification and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of Ukraine. Nostrification of these documents is carried out during the first semester of study.

The documents referred to in subparagraphs 3, 4, 5 must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation. Before starting their studies, students sign a standard agreement on the provision of educational services to foreign students.
