Settlement conditions

To settle in a dormitory, a foreign student must:
  1. Pass a medical examination (3 Hetmana St., 4th floor, room No. 413):
    • fluorography;
    • blood test for HIV;
    • examination by a dermatologist;
    • examination by a therapist;
    • malaria test for African countries.
  2. Receive a referral for settlement in a dormitory (building 31, room 2-03);
  3. Sign a residence agreement and obtain a settlement order at the campus administration (22 Yangelya St., dormitory No. 3, first floor, room 9);
  4. Pass safety briefings, pay the cost of living in the dormitory (a receipt for payment for living is issued by the commandant);
  5. Get a dormitory pass at the admissions office (3 M. Braichevsky St., entrance from the courtyard)
  6. After completing points 1-5, a foreign student can move into the dormitory.
Foreign students and students of the preparatory department are provided with accommodation in the following dormitories: No. 6 (18/20 Yangelya St.) No. 18 (148 Borshchagovska St.) No. 19 (146 Borshchagovska St.) No. 20 (144 Borshchagovska St.).

Accommodation rules

In accordance with the Rules of internal regulations in student dormitories of NTUU “KPI”, residents of the dormitory are prohibited to:
  1. To perform any actions that pose a danger to human life and health, or may lead to damage to property, inventory and equipment of the hostel.
  2. To store, use without the permission of the head of the hostel or the director of the campus additional electrical equipment and devices, power consumption, which is not provided for by the design and calculation standards
  3. Smoke, store, consume alcoholic beverages (including low-alcohol), narcotic and toxic substances, be in the hostel in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication.
  4. To enter the hostel outside the entrance.
  5. To move without permission, to take furniture and equipment out of the room.
  6. To hold mass events in the hostel without the written permission of the head of the hostel or the director of the campus.
  7. Turn on radio, television, computer and audio equipment at a volume that exceeds the audibility of the room. Violate the silence from 22.00 to 08.00 hours.
  8. To leave unauthorised persons after 22.00 without the written permission of the campus director.
  9. To keep pets in the dormitory.
  10. To perform any actions that pose a danger to human life and health, or may lead to damage to property, inventory and equipment of the hostel.
  11. Pass the pass to the hostel to other persons.
