Admission of foreign citizens to the 1st year of the second (master's) level of higher education of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is subject to the following conditions:
- a bachelor’s degree or a specialist’s degree;
- successful completion of the entrance examination;
- invitation from the university.
It is allowed to be admitted to study for a master’s degree on the basis of a bachelor’s degree obtained in another specialty, subject to successful completion of additional entrance examinations. Invitations to study are issued from July 1 to October 15.
Enrollment for studies no later than November 1
The beginning of training is September 1.
The list of documents that applicants personally submit to the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute's Centralized Management Office in paper form:
- application at the Ukrainian State Admission System for International Students
- In the Admission System you need to download international passport and document on complete previous education (translated into Ukrainian and notarized)
- an original and a copy of a legalized document on previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level on the basis of which admission is made translated into Ukrainian and notarised (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post) 2 pieces.
- an original and a copy of an appendix to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level on the basis of which the admission is carried out legalized, translated into Ukrainian and notarised 2 pieces (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post)
- a copy of an international passport translated into Ukrainian and notarised (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post) 4 pieces
- health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine (in person if you come to Ukraine)
- 1 photo 35 x 45 mm in size (color, matte) (in person if you come to Ukraine)
The documents referred to in subparagraphs 3, 4 must be certified in the country of issue in the manner officially used in that country for such certification and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of Ukraine. Nostrification of these documents is carried out during the first semester of study.
The documents referred to in subparagraphs 3, 4, 5 must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation. Before starting their studies, students sign a standard agreement on the provision of educational services to foreign students.
