Admission to the 1st year of the Bachelor's program for foreign nationals is subject to the following conditions:
- complete secondary education;
- successful completion of the entrance test (interview).
The deadline for submitting documents is from July 1 to October 15.
Enrollment for studies no later than November 1
The beginning of training is September 1.
The list of documents that applicants personally submit to Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in paper form:
- application at the Ukrainian State Admission System for International Students
- In the Admission System you need to download international passport and document on complete secondary education (translated into Ukrainian and notarized)
- an original and a copy of a legalized document on complete general secondary education translated into Ukrainian and notarised (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post) 2 pieces.
- an original and a copy of a legalized document translated into Ukrainian and notarised (appendix to the document on education), which contains information on academic performance in academic disciplines (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post) 2 pieces.
- a copy of the international passport translated into Ukrainian and notarised (photo page) (in person if you come to Ukraine or by post) 4 pieces.
- 1 color photo of 3.5×4.5 cm in size (requirements as for a passport document) (in person if you come to Ukraine)
- medical certificate of health (in person if you come to Ukraine)
The documents referred to in subparagraphs 3, 4 must be certified in the country of issue in the manner officially used in that country for such certification and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of Ukraine.
Nostrification of these documents is carried out during the first semester of study. The documents referred to in subparagraphs 3, 4, 5 must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation.
Before starting their studies, students sign a standard agreement on the provision of educational services to foreign students.
Entrance tests
The entrance exams are held from July 1 to September 30. Entrance examinations for admission to the 1st year are held in:
- mathematics
- geography
- language of study: Ukrainian or English
- history of Ukraine
Foreign nationals who have received a certificate of complete secondary education in Ukraine and certificates of external independent evaluation in the relevant subjects have the right to enter the first year of all forms of education without an interview on a competitive basis and on the basis of a signed agreement.
