  1. Help with submitting documents. To speed up and simplify the process of submitting documents, please fill out the form, indicating your personal data, contact information. After checking all documents and preparing the application for admission, follow these steps.
  2. Choose Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and the educational program here.
    Register an electronic account on the portal apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua.
  3. Fill out the form with your data, submit an application and pay 3100 UAH.
  4. Please note – you can submit up to 20 applications.
  5. Waiting for consideration – the status will change to WAIT FOR THE EDUCATIONAL OFFER. Be patient, it may take up to 1 month.
  6. You receive an educational offer – you can accept or reject it.
  7. Documents are being checked – just wait.
  8. You receive an official invitation – now you can apply for a visa!
  9. Before your arrival, don’t forget to indicate the date and place of border crossing in your e-account.
  10. Welcome to Ukraine! 🇺🇦🎉 Now you are officially a student! 🚀

Apply

Admission to study is carried out based on the results of entrance exams on the basis of a standard Agreement signed by the university with the applicant or other agreements signed by higher educational institutions with individuals or legal entities; on the basis of interstate agreements on the basis of letters from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Education of foreigners is carried out in full-time (full-time), distance or correspondence forms of study. Depending on the circumstances, the educational process can also be carried out in a mixed format.

Important dates of the admission campaign

Acceptance of applications and documents, entrance exams and enrollment of applicants is carried out within the following deadlines (documents for admission can be submitted remotely)

Start of accepting applications for all levels of training July 1  
End of acceptance of documents for bachelor’s and master’s educational programs October 15  
Conducting entrance exams July 1 – October 15 No later than one month before the expiration of the temporary residence permit
Receiving an invitation to study at the preparatory department of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute May 1 – December 1 The final deadline for issuing invitations depends on the average visa issuance time in the host country.
Enrollment for bachelor’s or master’s studies until October 15  
Arrival of foreigners to study at the preparatory department August 25 – November 30 Admission to the preparatory department from December 1 is possible only if there is a full academic group of 12-15 students.
